Shipping Policy
What locations do you ship to?
The only places Gluten Not Included is shipping to are Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. The reason being that we are shipping frozen and the 1-2 day shipping is the safest and the best method of shipping our product to our customers so that they can bake it whenever they crave something savory or sweet! We are offering a a free shipping promotion with orders that are $160 or more. The reason being the cost to ship with the insulated box, dry ice, packaging and lastly the actual shipping cost of the carrier. The shipping cost for the customer when the order is less then the $160 is just the cost of the carrier depending on your location.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and accounted for as soon as the order is paid. Since we have a 2 day shipping policy we have to ship Monday thru Friday. All orders after Tuesday will not be shipped till the upcoming Monday (5 days later) the reason being that all orders can be shipped out in bulk and it will guarantee that the shipment arrives in 1-2 days! Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes you will be able to track your package with a number and an email that you will receive!
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Do not worry if for any reason the package is stolen during transit or something happens to it we will send a replacement on us! We will handle the carrier claim on our end so that you don't have to!
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
Refunding already shipped product
Once the product is shipped refund will not be available unless the product was not frozen or less then 40 degrees Fahrenheit when it arrived. The reason being is that we are shipping food and something that is perishable. We will gladly refund you or send you a new shipment if the product has gone bad or was not frozen or less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
