Our Story

Our story of "Gluten not included" is a testament to love, family unity, and entrepreneurship in the field of gluten-free food.

I am Adriana Sandoval, the mother of Danyha, who was diagnosed with celiac disease. Upon receiving this diagnosis, we faced daily challenges in finding gluten-free foods that were safe and delicious for her. We realized that we were not alone in this situation, as many parents and loved ones also struggled to find suitable options for their gluten-intolerant family members.

Wanting to make a difference and help other families in similar situations, we decided to come together as a team. My husband César, my daughter Isabel, and I joined forces with Danyha to form a team dedicated to providing gluten-free options. And thus, our bakery, "Gluten not included," was born.
In our bakery, we focus on providing a wide variety of gluten-free products, from cookies and cakes to empanadas and cupcakes. We understand the importance of maintaining a balanced and appealing diet for children, so our goal is to offer delicious and high-quality options for everyone to enjoy.

In addition to our range of gluten-free products, we have also created gluten-free meat empanadas, providing a safe and appetizing alternative for those suffering from celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

In our bakery, we are not only dedicated to creating gluten-free foods, but we also strive to educate and raise awareness about the importance of proper nutrition for those with gluten intolerance. Through our work, we aim to provide families with the tools and ideas to help their children enjoy tasty and safe meals.
