Are all your products truly gluten-free?

Yes. All our products are 100% gluten-free and are prepared in our own kitchen using only gluten-free ingredients from the start.

Are your products safe for people with celiac disease?

Yes. We do not work with industrial batches or any products containing gluten. Everything is prepared in a controlled environment to ensure safety.

What types of flours do you use?

We only use gluten-free flours, including rice flour, almond flour, cassava flour, cornstarch, and corn flour.

Do you offer vegan options?

Yes. We offer vegan sweet empanadas, cakes, and cupcakes by order with 2–3 days’ notice. Some vegan sweet empanadas are available in-store, and we also offer lactose-free options in some savory empanadas.

What flavors of cupcakes and cookies do you offer?

Each week we offer five different flavors of cupcakes and cookies, usually our best sellers.

Can I customize my cake or cupcakes?

Yes. You can customize flavor, size, and decoration. Send us a reference photo and the flavor you would like, and we will contact you to confirm your order.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing custom orders 2–3 days in advance.

Do you accept last-minute orders?

No. All orders must be picked up in-store.

Yes. You may take products to freeze as long as they are picked up in-store. For large quantities, please notify us in advance.

Yes. We have products available in-store, subject to daily availability.

Yes. We serve family, corporate, and school events with scheduled orders.

What is the maximum quantity you can prepare for an event?

The quantity depends on the type of product and the amount of notice. Please contact us for a custom quote.

In some cases, yes, depending on availability and the type of event.

Yes. We work with cafés, shops, and hotels looking for gluten-free or vegan options.

We accept payment methods available in-store. A deposit may be required for large or custom orders.
